ESKA ERG-E series gas pressure regulators are used in the gas lines in order to reduce maximum 0,5 bar input pressure to the desired output pressure between 16 and 150 mbar. The range of the output pressure can be set with the choice of different springs. The regulator with safety SHUT-OFF gets automatically active and stops the gas flow in case output pressure gets higher or lower than the adjusted value in order to ensure the safety of the devices used in the system. The relief valve system is also available. The regulators are manufactured according to Ped Directive 2014/68/EU. The functional tests are performed according to EN334.
The regulators are designed for Natural gas, LPG & Town gas
The ERG-E series is available from DN15 (1/2”) up to DN50 (2”) sizes.
The regulators are designed as per EN 334 & EN 88 standards and undergo over 100 testing points during manufacturing.
Housed in a compact and durable body, the ERG-E is easy to install even in installation sites with space restrictions.
In built Over Pressure Shut off valve, Safety relief valve and Under pressure shut off valve eliminate the need to use separate SSV, SRV and UPSO valves leading to reduced cost and size of gas trains.
